About The Position

The BGM Assistant will be expected to perform the routine maintenance, upkeep, and cleanliness of buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Teammate Expectations:
Willingness and ability to operate various types of equipment and tools.
Willingness and ability to complete physical / manual labor when needed and per direction given.
Willingness to do all that is needed or requested to maintain facilities, equipment, and operations in a safe, functional and quality manner.
Must be self driven, team oriented, flexible and able to effectively deal with situations and problems as they arise.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver license & insurable under company provider
• Team player with ability to work independently
• Physically able and willing to do manual labor

Nice To Haves

• Carpentry skills preferred
• Mechanical skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Routine building, grounds, and equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Assist with farming duties / operations
• Work with and get along with fellow team mates as needed.
• Maintain and repair facilities
• Maintain and repair equipment
• Do whatever is deemed necessary for creating a friendly, caring, safe and happy environment/culture for teammates
