Requirements

Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
Ability to read a tape measure and operate hand powered tools
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (0-50lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80lbs ground to carry-height)
Read and interpret blueprints
Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend for long periods of time
Ability to travel typically within the state of WI (Home every weekend)
Operate with integrity and honor commitments throughout the whole project
Be a team player and share the same vision to meet goals
Be coachable and willing to learn new things
Have the right attitude and effort – SHOW UP EVERY DAY

Responsibilities

Perform building erection of our pre-engineered and wood framed buildings
Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Install roofing, siding, insulation, and flashing
Identifying and resolving issues or obstacles that arise during the construction process
Be a team player – mentor and train new members of the team
Strong attention to detail – build it as if it were your own
