About The Position

Building maintenance workers are responsible to perform repair and construction work for dealerships including operating hand and power tools, light and heavy equipment. Perform general duties such as re-lamping lights and removal of recycled materials, basic carpentry needed to maintain and repair facilities, assisting Maintenance Technicians in making repairs to dealership property, tools and equipment, meeting the physical requirements necessary to safely and effectively perform duties, w orking independently in the absence of supervision. p ossess the skills and ability to keep records of maintenance and repairs performed. and perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• General maintenance and repair experience
• Valid, unrestricted drivers license for more than 3 years
• The successful candidate must be insurable and will be required to successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and driving records check.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and construction work for dealerships
• Operating hand and power tools, light and heavy equipment
• Re-lamping lights and removal of recycled materials
• Basic carpentry needed to maintain and repair facilities
