Building and Grounds Worker
About The Position
Able2 has a full-time Building and Grounds position in its Horseheads location. As a Building and Grounds Worker, you will be performing maintenance on facility equipment, building and grounds. This pay range for this position is $20.25-21.45 /hour based on experience. You will be responsible for making repairs to electrical, plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems, performs carpentry tasks, requesting materials, tools and equipment, and documentation, and much more! The schedule for this vacancy is Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm .
Requirements
- A minimum of a high school diploma or general equivalent degree
- Experience in maintenance (institutional, industrial, or health care setting preferred) with working knowledge or demonstrated ability in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting and carpentry.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to Agency insurance carrier
- Must assume maintenance on call duties on a rotating basis.
