Requirements

• 3+ years in customer success, account support, sales operations, builder support, construction services, or related experience
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple accounts and priorities with minimal oversight
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident working with external partners
• Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working through ambiguity

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with homebuilders, construction operations, electrical trades, or building products
• Familiarity with PO-driven workflows, jobsite/lot tracking, and community launch processes
• Experience coordinating training and/or field support across multiple regions
• Ability to analyze trends and recommend scalable improvements

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day support contact for assigned builder divisions and internal stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with builder purchasing, construction, warranty, and field teams.
• Provide timely, professional communication and clear status updates.
