About The Position
An internationally recognized miniature golf design/build firm is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Budgeting / Estimating / Job Costing Specialist to join our growing team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project budgeting, estimating, and job costing — preferably in the construction or related industries
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams
Responsibilities
- Creating and managing detailed Excel-based budgets
- Soliciting and comparing bids from suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers
- Coordinating with project managers and design staff to refine cost estimates
- Tracking actual costs and forecasting expenditures for active jobs
