About The Position

We are a growing residential plumbing and kitchen & bath company seeking a Preconstruction & Estimating Specialist to own our quoting process.
This role is responsible for turning builder requests into accurate, complete estimates while maintaining pricing, vendor coordination, and our parts library.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming quote requests and gather missing information
• Build detailed estimates
• Request and manage vendor quotes
• Maintain pricing and product data
• Support internal team with pricing questions
• Ensure estimates are complete and ready for purchasing
