The BSA/Compliance Specialist is a lead role in daily banking tasks related to oversight and completion of BSA compliance tasks such as transaction alert monitoring, case management and investigations, and reporting through regulatory filings including SAR narrative writing. Providing compliance support through updating procedures, assisting in audits along with quality control, and performing due diligence through customer information program (CIP) reviews and enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews. Actively collaborating on projects with the assigned line of business along with delivering ongoing training support.
