We're hiring for a position open to both Business Systems Analyst (P3) and Senior Business Systems Analyst (P4) candidates. The level will be determined based on the successful applicant's qualifications, experience, and demonstrated skills during the interview process. Job Overview This position plays a critical role in supporting PGE's enterprise project and portfolio management ecosystem by serving as the Business Systems Analyst/Administrator for PGE's PPMS system which includes Oracle Primavera Unifier, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC-Portfolio), and Primavera P6 (P6 Production, EPPM and Team Member). This role ensures that these tools enable effective project governance, workflow management, scheduling, cost controls, and resource planning across capital and operational portfolios. This Business System Analyst / Administrator will be the primary support and administration for PPMS, including business processes, configuration, workflow design, user enablement, and functional governance. This role ensures all project controls and portfolio management tools operate smoothly, remain aligned with business objectives, and deliver the data integrity needed for sound portfolio-level decision-making. This position works closely with the application developer who oversees integrations and systems updates. This position is essential to maintaining high-quality project performance across the organization. By providing expertise in the Oracle suite of programs, the role supports: Consistent, accurate enterprise scheduling and cost management. Optimization of resource allocation across programs and capital portfolios. Improved reporting, forecasting, and project controls outcomes. Governance, training, and best-practice adoption for project teams. System enhancements, workflow improvements, and adoption of scalable solutions. This role requires specialized knowledge in Portfolio Project Management System, (preferably Oracle's suite of products including Unifier and OPC) and Scheduling Software (preferably Primavera P6), strong functional administration capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with business partners to deliver reliable, efficient systems that support complex capital investments and initiatives.
