Requirements

We are looking for motivated people seeking a career in Supply Chain Management who can adapt to changes, be a team player, learn quickly, and be an instant contributor to the success of the company and client.
Computer skills and communication skills are the driving factors for the job requirements.
Proven communication skills are a must (written and verbal)
Knowledge of truckload transportation terms
Verifiable customer service experience, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers and vendors
Computer experience: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), ability to learn proprietary software & navigate multiple programs
Must be able to multitask and function in a fast-paced environment
Highly motivated
Detail oriented
Driven to succeed

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Carrier relations, and act as liaison for the TL sales manager
Research and resolve issues regarding freight and billing issues related to shipments
Daily communication with customers and vendors
Track & trace shipments daily
Schedule pick-up &delivery appointments
Manage 3 to 5 million dollars in revenue per year
No Industry experience required
