Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, real estate, or marketing role preferred; recent graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and marketing support to commercial real estate advisors
  • Manage property listings on platforms such as Crexi, CoStar, and Buildout
  • Coordinate proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Organize contracts, agreements, and transaction documents
  • Track key performance metrics and maintain company databases
  • Assist with office operations, event coordination, and recruiting efforts
