Humana’s MarketPoint organization is seeking a Nationwide Broker Relationship Executive to join the Broker Relationship Executive Team. The Broker Relationship engages independently contracted agents regarding the retail products available from Humana including Medicare, dental & vision while also focusing on improving quality outcomes. This role recruits, trains and impacts the selling behaviors of agents via telephonic & electronic communication methods.

Requirements

  • Candidate must meet ONE of the following: Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of strong relationship management and sales experience 5 or more years of strong relationship management and sales experience
  • Candidate must meet ALL of the following: Active Health & Life Insurance licenses OR ability to obtain prior to start date
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Medicare Products
  • Healthcare industry experience

Responsibilities

  • Conduct both inbound and outbound calling to agents
  • Collaborate with field representatives and local Humana market offices to achieve sales goals
  • Organize and manage the day-to-day selling and/or account management activity
  • Achieve new sales and/or renewal goals for defined territory
