Requirements

- Adaptable and quick, able to handle a rush and keep the positivity flowing
- Team-oriented and ready to support your crew, no matter what’s needed
- Committed to a growth mindset
- Ability to move quickly and keep up with a steady flow of customers for up to 10-hour shifts
- Prepared for all weather conditions (rain or shine)
- Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Reliability: show up on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings
- Meet Dutch Bros standards (through hands-on training and menu knowledge tests)

- Help customers navigate the menu and discover new favorites, all while delivering top-tier service
