Requirements
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as laid out in the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook
- Have reliable transportation and be on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings
- Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
- Complete, pass, and maintain all required trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests to meet Dutch Bros standards and policies, including federal, state, and local regulations
- Be able to perform mental math for cash handling
- Possess written, oral, and verbal English proficiency
- Be able to view things from near and/or far distances

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, greet and thank each with a smile, and provide them with a special moment
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, different products, and current specials to meet their needs
- Embody Dutch Bros culture and consistently uphold core values of speed, quality, and service to ensure customers receive exactly what they ordered
- Maintain a positive attitude and radiate optimism in interactions
- Be reliable by showing up to work on time, ready to go, communicating availability needs, and following proper call out procedures
- Be prepared to support as needed when unexpected situations arise
