Requirements

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as laid out in the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook.
• Ensure reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
• Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations.
• Complete, pass, and maintain trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests to meet Dutch Bros standards and policies, including federal, state, and local regulations.
• Be able to perform mental math for cash transactions.
• Demonstrate written, oral, and verbal English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special.
• Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials.
• Embody the Dutch Bros culture, focusing on relationships.
• Ensure the customer gets exactly what they ordered, upholding core values of speed, quality, and service.
• Maintain a positive attitude and optimism.
• Show up to work on time and ready to go!
• Communicate availability needs and follow proper call out procedures.
• Be prepared to support as needed.
