Requirements

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as laid out in the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook.
• Possess reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
• Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations.
• Complete, pass, and maintain all required trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests to meet Dutch Bros standards, policies, and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Be capable of mental math for cash handling.
• Demonstrate written, oral, and verbal English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, greeting and thanking them with a smile, and providing them with their moment of special.
• Ask and educate customers about the menu, different products, and current specials to help them with their needs.
• Embody the Dutch Bros culture, recognizing that the company is in the relationship business.
• Be consistent in upholding core values of speed, quality, and service to ensure customers receive exactly what they ordered.
• Maintain a positive attitude, making others feel good and fostering optimism.
• Be reliable by showing up to work on time, ready to go, communicating availability needs, and following proper call out procedures.
• Be prepared to support as needed when unexpected situations arise.
