About The Position

Broadcast Radio Operations Support (corporate) We're looking for a Broadcast Operations Manager to provide support, resources, and assistance to our markets. You'll work in a fast-paced, deadline-heavy environment to problem-solve and deliver solutions for our people and brands. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, technical aptitude, and soft people skills.

Requirements

Broadcast experience, television or radio (REQUIRED)
Experience programming (REQUIRED)
Audio editing expertise with adobe or audacity (REQUIRED)
Ability to prioritize and focus under fast-paced pressure while managing multiple tasks and projects
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, editorially and technologically
Proficiency in the use of digital technology, including online publishing platforms
Must have great communication skills, obsessive attention to detail, and a sense of humor (We like to have fun!)

Responsibilities

Daily downloading, editing, and delivery of audio, promos, and show segments.
Verifying audio has been delivered to markets on time.
Verifying completion of shows and backing up of audio.
Assisting local markets with a wide array of operational, technical, and programming tasks.
Responding quickly to support tickets, troubleshooting the problem, and fixing the problem (or moving to the appropriate person).
Creating new programming clocks (or updating) in GSelector and/or our automation platforms.
Assisting key leadership in the administration and implementation of projects.
