About The Position

Bartlett Electric Cooperative, Inc., is seeking an experienced Broadband Plant Foreman to lead field crews in the safe construction, maintenance, and operation of our fiber optic network. In this role, you will lead, train, coach, and supervise broadband construction and/or maintenance crews; ensure strict compliance with safety policies, procedures, and industry regulations; coordinate daily work assignments and prioritize projects; participate in fiber installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and restoration activities; communicate with customers, property owners, and internal teams professionally; respond to outages and participate in on-call rotation as needed. Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Class A CDL, and extensive experience in fiber optic construction, maintenance and supervision. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
