We are seeking a skilled, service-minded Broadband Network Administrator to help power our continued growth. What We're Looking For: We're seeking a technically skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and possesses the following: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Three to five years of network administration experience, preferably in broadband, telecommunications, or ISP environments with strong working knowledge of enterprise IP networks, routing, switching, firewalls, and fiber technologies Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate and mentor others Industry certifications such as Cisco CCNA, Juniper Junos, or Adtran GPON are a plus! What You'll Do: As our Broadband Network Administrator, you'll help ensure the reliability and performance of the Central Access network while supporting future growth: Monitor, maintain, and optimize the Central Access network to ensure high performance, security, and reliability Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, fiber transport systems, and access equipment Investigate alerts, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions to prevent service disruptions and maintain network stability Provide advanced technical support and serve as a subject matter resource for Network and Field Technicians Assist with network design, capacity planning, documentation, and participate in on-call rotation and emergency restoration activities Beyond the technology, you'll also share knowledge and mentor coworkers to strengthen the team and ensure everyone grows together.
