Brigham's Wagon Food Service Worker
About The Position
We are looking for someone who can work at our new Food Truck, Brigham's Wagon. The hours are variable depending on the needs for the week; we are flexible with schedules. Your work here will support BYU efforts (directly or indirectly) at a variety of campus events! We also will have events that are off campus that you will help take the BYU name out to the community! In addition to your hourly wage, you will also receive an additional $2 an hour in Dining Credit which can be used at any BYU Dining Location (https://dining.byu.edu/mealcredits) to purchase groceries or meals.
Requirements
- Honest, Dependable, Multi-Tasking.
- Able to work individually without direct supervision and be a self-starter.
- Attention to detail
- Should have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekend events as needed
- Should obtain a Food Handler's permit and complete other online trainings within 1 week of hire
- All Staff positions require a resume.
- Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints must hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend.
Responsibilities
- Cooking food
- Delivering food to customers
- Taking customers' orders via our POS system
- Assisting with other needs in the food truck as assigned
