About The Position

This position coordinates training and daily operations and serves as a liaison to a small group of Bridge Week Peer Mentors. They will participate in the hiring and assessment of BWPMs.

  • Must have been a Bridge Week Peer Mentor prior to application.
  • Experience in an educational environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work with BW Director to develop and implement BWPM Training and ongoing learning.
  • Coordinate daily activities including ice breakers, mentoring agendas, and event setup/take-down teams.
  • Follow-up with mentors who need assistance, coordinate daily participant attendance and outreach, and work one on one with students as needed to ensure a positive and effective Bridge Week Experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.
