This 18-20 month rotational program involves rotating through two of Brex's G&A teams, providing learning opportunities in areas such as risk management, finance, automation, and data analysis. Participants will contribute to critical process improvements and developments, implementing processes while leveraging AI to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making. The program encourages a founder mindset, with each rotation including a core project focused on key data insights, process implementation, or process improvement, many of which will involve exploring and applying AI solutions. Participants will share their findings with their program class and Brex Executives. The program is supported by the leadership team, offering frequent meetings with various Brex leaders, providing a unique opportunity to work closely with and learn from executives at the forefront of building an AI-native company.
