ROLE SUMMARY: Our Systems Technology Co-Op will be responsible for assisting our IT team with the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and software applications. Requirements

  • Pursuing technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related major
  • Completed Freshman year in college
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong communication and customer support skills
  • Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision
  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot complex issues
  • GPA of 2.8 or higher

Responsibilities

  • Perform first level response for systems issues across the brewery in both office and production environments
  • Install computer equipment and software
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware
  • Troubleshoot and solve computer software problems
  • Assist customers with using software
  • Perform limited programming (VB, Web Design, database, etc.)
  • Assist peer Engineers and Technicians with design and implementation of projects
  • Assist with providing 24x7 production critical support (on call rotation)
