About The Position

Our Cook is responsible for the flawless preparation and presentation of the menu created by the Executive Chef and for making sure our guests receive an unparalleled dining experience. No pressure. Here are just some of the tasks you’ll be responsible for on a daily basis:

Requirements

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year’s experience as a prep line/cook.
  • Most importantly, you’re someone who is capable of thinking on their feet and able to keep up in high-pressure situations.
  • This probably goes without saying but you’ll be on your feet a lot.
  • There will be occasions when you may be carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending/twisting, climbing stairs and working on slippery floors.
  • You also must be able to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook breakfast items (eggs, pancakes, omelets, bacon, etc.)
  • Set up and stock your station for service
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Work efficiently during busy morning rushes
  • Communicate well with the kitchen team
