And you are the key to bringing it to life. The Breakfast Buffet Attendant is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and clearing the breakfast buffet area. This includes preparing food items, ensuring cleanliness, restocking supplies, and providing excellent customer service to guests.

Requirements

Previous food service or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

Set up the breakfast buffet with all required food items, utensils, and condiments before guest arrival.
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards throughout the service.
Restock items promptly to ensure the buffet remains well supplied during breakfast hours.
Greet guests warmly and assist them as needed.
Handle guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and timely manner.
Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and buffet area regularly.
Clear used dishes and utensils and transport them to the kitchen/dishwashing area.
At the end of service, break down the buffet setup and properly store food items.
Monitor food temperatures and report any issues with equipment or food quality.
Follow hotel policies and procedures, including sanitation and safety guidelines.
