Miller Transportation Group is hiring a Breakdown Coordinator/Technician for our Miller Truck Leasingdivision in Mount Holly, NJ. Ideal candidates will have previous mechanical experience as a Diesel Mechanic Technician or Auto Mechanic with strong customer service skills and the ability and willingness to help drivers who have broken down on the road. Need is immediate!
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on truck experience or 3 years of contact center professional experience supporting breakdowns
- Ability to resolve customer service issues by providing excellent customer service assuring the customers are satisfied
- Ability to multi-task on the phone and on a computer at same time
Nice To Haves
- Technical School Degree or Associates Degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Receive in-bound phone calls from Miller Truck Leasing customers and diagnose their mechanical issue
- Enter data into Miller’s Truck Leasing database
- Make outbound phone calls to dispatch appropriate service to customer
- Act as a liaison between the serving location and the customer
- Manage multiple breakdown situations on a daily basis
- Perform various duties as assigned to support efficient operations
