About The Position

VP Racing is seeking a full-time Branded Retail Midwest Sales Manager in the Branded Retail Department, responsible for expanding VP’s branded gasoline station network within the assigned region which would be the Midwest U.S. This role is perfect for a dynamic, forward-thinking sales leader who thrives on building strong customer relationships and developing strategic growth plans. As the Branded Retail Midwest Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving expansion efforts, influencing marketing and business strategies, and collaborating with executive leadership to fuel VP’s long-term success. You’ll work directly with the Vice President of Branded Retail and be empowered to lead sales development efforts, guide customers to our unique branding solutions, and help shape the future of VP’s branded retail presence. This position is remote and your state of residency should be in one of the following states: IL, IN, NE, & MI. The company also offers a program to independent operators of convenience stores and gas stations, car wash, quick lube, and marinas to brand as VP Racing and resell the company’s full range of automotive performance and small engine fuel products.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field, along with at least one (1) year of professional experience in sales AND/OR any combination of education and experience that results in the applicable skills, knowledge, and abilities
Extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple duties with professionalism and strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High levels of accuracy, timeliness and dependability
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization
Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management
Ability to assist in providing solutions to challenges that arise
