About The Position

The Brand Success Manager position is at the front lines of the company, as you will help to ensure that we are always maintaining and improving client relationships. We are looking for this person to be committed to becoming the trusted advisor for our clients’ internet marketing needs and to help grow each client with the full range of HigherVisibility solutions.

Requirements

Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Agency experience is a MUST
Have proven experience managing B2B and consumer accounts
Proven experience working with multiple accounts or projects
Be an outstanding relationship builder, and skilled at navigating organizational roadblocks, budget cycles, and competitive dynamics
Demonstrated ability to deliver and perform in a previous capacity
Must be highly organized and analytical
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Hard-working, positive, down-to-earth, goal-oriented, analytical

Nice To Haves

Experience with SEO, Web Design, and Social Media is a big plus
Self-motivated with an enthusiasm for the web industry

Responsibilities

Stewardship & Growth of Client Partnerships
Maintain and expand on a high level of strategic and tactical prowess
Understand the internet marketing services and tactics available to Clients and how to implement, maintain, and grow them.
Be an advocate for data-driven analysis to drive value and grow partnerships
