Farmgirl Flowers is looking for a hands-on creative to help capture and share our world through simple, beautiful photos, videos, and words. This is a true do-er role for someone who loves making content, has great taste, and is excited to learn by doing. You don’t need fancy equipment or years of experience — an iPhone, a good eye, and strong creative instincts matter more than anything else. A big part of this role will be helping tell the next chapter of the Farmgirl story: documenting and sharing the evolution of our new Farmquarters in Gig Harbor — capturing the build, the land, and the behind-the-scenes moments as we create something special from the ground up. This role is for a very specific creative sensibility. Our aesthetic is grounded, warm, and timeless — more like: Flamingo Estate, The Lost Kitchen, The early days of Food 52 or Kinfolk, Martha Stewart (anytime — because, well, icon), Magnolia. If those references don’t resonate, this likely won’t be the right fit. We’re not looking for edgy, artsy, fantasy-driven, or generic content (for example: holding up a bouquet and saying something like “we dream in flowers”). We’re looking for someone who can create a mood, tell a story, and elevate our everyday — simply and honestly. Farmgirl Flowers is a 15-year-old, bootstrapped, female-founded (and mostly female-run) e-commerce company with a big heart, a strong point of view, and a deep commitment to quality. This role comes at an extraordinary moment. We’re building our Farmquarters, expanding our physical footprint, and telling our story in a more intentional, meaningful way than ever before. You won’t be inheriting a playbook — you’ll be helping write the next chapter. If you’re excited by ownership, creativity, responsibility, and the chance to shape a brand with soul, grit, and beauty — we’d love to meet you.
