Beauty Barrage is a full-service strategic sales management team with a Field Team servicing doors across North America. They partner with leading beauty brands to provide in-store support in retailers such as Sephora, ULTA, and Bluemercury. With over 200 beauty professionals, Beauty Barrage services more than 3,000 doors in the U.S. and Canada and has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies. The Brand Specialist position is designed to productively support Beauty Barrage’s client brands in various retail environments. This role involves achieving sales targets within an assigned market, fostering strong relationships, and enhancing brand awareness. Brand Specialists are expected to be self-starters, results-oriented, and possess a strong passion for the beauty industry. This is a fluctuating, part-time opportunity, with the work schedule varying monthly based on brand needs and the specialist's willingness to travel.
