Requirements

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively address customer needs.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to work outdoors and maintain the grounds.
A valid driver’s license, valid insurance, and vehicle (mileage reimbursed for travel between stores).
Basic computer skills.

Retail sales and administrative experience (training provided for the right candidate!).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Store Manager to enhance business growth and maximize sales.
Engage with customers through phone, face-to-face, and email, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
Open, operate, and close the office.
Perform light maintenance and cleaning of the property to ensure it is clean, safe and secure for customers and their belongings.
Handle customer accounts, assist with account setup, and oversee general administrative tasks, including debt management.
Occasionally support other stores while maintaining consistent standards across all sites.
