Beauty Barrage is a full-service strategic sales management team with a Field Team servicing doors across North America, working with various beauty brands in retailers like Sephora, ULTA, and Bluemercury. The company has over 200+ beauty professionals servicing over 3,000 doors in the U.S. and Canada and was named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies. The Brand Specialist position aims to productively support Beauty Barrage’s client brands in various retailers. This role involves achieving sales targets in an assigned market, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness. Brand Specialists report to the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive and are expected to be self-starters, results-oriented, and passionate about the beauty industry. This is a fluctuating, part-time opportunity with a work schedule that varies monthly based on brand needs and willingness to travel.
