The Role: Shape the Voice of Luxury As our Brand & Social Media Manager, you are the digital face of Garden State Tile. Working from our state-of-the-art Wall Township, NJ corporate office, you will blend creative vision with operational precision to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements

  • A "Concierge" Mindset: You go above and beyond to ensure our digital presence is accurate, consistent, and inspiring.
  • A Sharp Eye: You have a talent for visual aesthetics, color, and texture, ensuring all creative assets are on-brand.
  • Digital Savvy: You are a master of tools like Google, Meta Business Suite, and CMS platforms.
  • Operational Excellence: You can manage budgets, agency partners, and technical website updates with precision.
  • Schedule: Full-time, in office, 5 days a week (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm) in our Wall, NJ corporate office, with occasional travel required to regional locations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage monthly social media calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, aligning content with our luxury product launches.
  • Maintain and update our website storefront—from uploading new collections and imagery to performing routine site audits for a seamless user journey.
  • Lead our email marketing efforts and collaborate with external agencies on high-impact Google and Meta paid media campaigns.
  • Write and publish SEO-driven blog content that educates our customers and highlights the latest trends in stone and tile.
  • Travel as needed to our 12 premier showrooms to capture authentic content, interface with local teams, and ensure brand consistency across all showrooms (mileage is fully reimbursed).
  • Oversee the design and sourcing of branded promotional items and "swag" that reflect our high standards of quality.
