We’re looking for a Brand Media Manager to lead Insurify’s brand paid media efforts that drive efficient growth, increase brand impact, and expand access to insurance. This role sits at the intersection of Brand, Performance Marketing, Analytics, and Creative, owning the end-to-end paid media strategy across Insurify’s brand channels. You’ll be responsible for where Insurify shows up across TV, OTT, audio, online video, and paid social — ensuring our media investments are data-driven, insights-led, and aligned to business outcomes. You’ll play a critical role in translating Insurify’s brand strategy into best-in-class media execution, connecting audience insights, first-party data, and platform innovation to drive sustainable, full-funnel growth. This is a hybrid position that requires candidates to be able to come into our Cambridge, MA office.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in paid media, brand media, or integrated media roles, with hands-on ownership across upper and mid funnel channels
  • Deep expertise in paid social and video platforms, with experience managing or influencing TV and OTT investments
  • Proven experience owning media budgets, managing forecasts, and optimizing performance against revenue, growth, and efficiency goals
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to source and analyze media performance data and translate it into clear insights and actions
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing agencies and platform partners, with a track record of driving impact through collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Brand Media Strategy & Ownership: Own end-to-end brand paid media strategy, investment, and execution across TV, OTT, online video, and paid social
  • Performance, Measurement & Optimization: Set channel-level strategies aligned to revenue, growth, and efficiency goals, leading media planning, buying, measurement, and ongoing optimization
  • Test, Learn & Scale: Identify, test, and scale new platforms, formats, audiences, and creative opportunities, applying insights into business-as-usual media activity
  • Data & Audience Activation: Define and execute a first-party data acquisition and activation strategy to improve targeting, relevance, and media effectiveness
  • Partnershipships & Cross-Functional Leadership: Build strong relationships with media platforms, agencies, and technology partners, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive holistic, full-funnel growth
  • Industry Leadership & Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends and platform developments, sharing insights and best practices across the marketing organization
