Constant Contact is seeking a performance-focused brand Media Buyer with deep expertise across TV and OLV to drive new customer acquisition at scale. You will play a key role in expanding reach among small businesses by driving brand awareness and consideration, delivering high-quality leads and sign-ups through full-funnel video and offline media.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
  • 3 to 6+ years hands-on media buying experience, with strong focus on customer acquisition and brand building.
  • Experience buying YouTube and OLV, TikTok, DV360, and OTT and CTV platforms.
  • Strong understanding of upper and mid-funnel video strategies and tying them to lower-funnel performance.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience managing large budgets and media partners.

Nice To Haves

  • SaaS or subscription-based experience, ideally SMB audiences.
  • Knowledge of incrementality testing and measurement models.
  • Experience with ad verification, brand safety, and performance measurement tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop media strategies across TV and OLV focused on driving measurable new customer acquisition and brand goals.
  • Build cross-channel plans aligned to brand goals, CAC targets, trial sign-up goals, and audience expansion initiatives.
  • Execute TV and OTT and CTV buys that integrate with digital channels to improve reach and funnel performance.
  • Negotiate with networks, publishers, and platforms to secure high-value placements and efficient pricing.
  • Monitor budgets daily to ensure efficient pacing toward brand, lead, trial, and CPA goals.
  • Conduct real-time optimisations across placements, creative variations, and flighting to improve conversion outcomes.
  • Partner with Analytics to align channel performance with downstream metrics including brand, trial activation and paid conversion.
  • Implement structured testing (creative, audiences, partners, dayparts, geos) with clear hypotheses and decision rules.
  • Collaborate with MarTech and Analytics teams to improve attribution, tracking, and measurement accuracy across platforms.
  • Work closely with Growth Marketing, Creative, Brand, Product Marketing and Lifecycle to ensure media supports GTM priorities.
