About The Position

Chime is on a mission to help millions of everyday people achieve financial progress. To fuel efficient, measurable growth, we’re hiring a TV & Offline Media Manager to support and scale a $60M+ offline marketing program that’s core to our growth engine. In this role, you’ll help plan and execute TV, Audio, and Direct Mail campaigns that balance brand storytelling with performance accountability, while building deep expertise in offline media at scale. You’ll work closely with partners across Brand, Creative, Analytics, Media Strategy, MarTech, and agency teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly, perform efficiently, and continuously improve. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $83,000.00 and up to $115,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing offline media campaigns (TV, Audio, and Direct Mail)
  • Experience supporting or scaling large-budget media programs ($10M+ annually)
  • A strong analytical mindset, with experience using performance data to guide decisions and optimizations
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, MarTech, and Media/Agency teams
  • Comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with offline attribution, incrementality testing, or MMM
  • Experience working closely with media agencies on execution and reporting

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating in regulated or compliance-heavy environments (e.g., fintech, finance, healthcare)
  • Exposure to creative testing frameworks for TV or offline channels
  • Prior experience at a high-growth consumer brand

Responsibilities

  • Support and optimize TV, Audio, and Direct Mail campaigns that drive improved CAC efficiency and growth metrics
  • Own day-to-day executional excellence across Direct Mail & Audio, including trafficking, asset coordination, specs management, and launch readiness
  • Partner closely with media agencies and internal teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign requirements
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance, surface insights, and contribute optimization recommendations
  • Support creative development and testing, including asset management and feedback loops
  • Develop fluency in offline measurement, including attribution, incrementality, and reporting methodologies
  • Help improve processes, reporting quality, and testing rigor as the offline program continues to scale
