How You Will Make An Impact The Brand Manager of Marketing will: Become an integral part of our Marketing Team while developing comprehensive short and long-term marketing and financial strategies across our brand portfolio, focusing on volume growth, profit enhancement, and sustainable growth objectives. Create targeted plans and activation strategies for key strategic growth channels, collaborating closely with sales teams to unlock emerging opportunities and accelerate business development. Lead strategic initiatives to expand Freshpet's reach into new consumer segments while deepening engagement with our most valuable customers and building lasting brand loyalty. Champion innovative growth opportunities by identifying and developing solutions that deliver exceptional value to both existing and prospective consumers, working alongside our Innovation team to launch products that address evolving consumer needs. Analyze the business and competitive environment, using data and sound judgement to make recommendations for ways to better meet short and long-term business goals, as well as identify insights that can lead to new business building ideas. Manage and lead multiple cross functional teams, including R&D (Research & Development), Operations, Packaging, Market Research, and Sales to execute brand initiatives and implement plans. Ensure the brand strategy is communicated, understood and implemented by all cross functional groups.
