As a Brand Manager, Innovation, you will serve as a leader within the business, with end-to-end ownership of brand strategy and marketing execution across an innovation-focused portfolio. You will be responsible for shaping short- and long-term growth plans and bringing strategy to life through strong cross-functional leadership and disciplined execution. In this role, you will partner closely with Customer Marketing, Innovation, Insights, Sales, Finance, and external agencies to build consumer and customer strategies that drive growth. This position is well suited for someone with a strong bias for action, a strategic mindset, an ownership mentality, and creative problem-solving skills. You must be comfortable working both horizontally and vertically across the organization to advance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
