About The Position

Turning Point Action is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Brand Engagement Strategist to support voter registration and civic engagement initiatives. This entry-level role works closely with the Director of Brand Engagement to help bring campaigns, resources, trainings, and events to life for partners and field teams. The Brand Engagement Strategist will assist with developing and organizing digital and printed resources, supporting voter registration campaigns, contributing to training and conference materials, and conducting research to inform outreach strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities may include supporting campaign launches, assisting with specialist-led voter registration events, researching voting laws and election procedures, and helping prepare presentations and educational materials for internal and external use. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex information into clear, engaging, and accessible materials. All work will support, civic-focused voter registration and engagement efforts. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, creative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

  • Ability to read, understand, and summarize complex information into clear, engaging, and easy-to-use materials
  • Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think visually and strategically when developing resources, trainings, and campaign materials
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Clear and effective written communication skills, with attention to tone and brand consistency
  • Ability to collaborate closely with leadership while taking initiative on assigned projects

  • Creative mindset, with experience or interest in marketing, design, communications, or content creation
  • Comfort working with visual or written materials such as presentations, graphics, social content, flyers, or training materials
  • Familiarity with state and federal election laws, voter registration processes, or voter participation trends

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of brand and voter registration resources for partners, field teams, and internal use, including digital and printed materials
  • Assist in the planning and execution of voter registration campaigns, launches, and activation initiatives
  • Help prepare presentations, proposals, training materials, and conference resources that translate voter engagement strategies into clear, on-brand messaging
  • Conduct research to support brand initiatives, voter registration efforts, and outreach strategies, ensuring information is accurate, credible, and up to date
  • Maintain organized libraries of resources, references, and campaign materials for ongoing and future use
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Brand Engagement to support the planning, coordination, and execution of new projects and initiatives
  • Provide on-the-ground or remote support for specialist-led voter registration events and brand activations as needed
