About The Position

Omelet, an award-winning, independent creative agency with a growing and exciting client roster, is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and multidisciplinary Brand Director. The ideal brand person is a born leader and resourceful project manager, with a keen business sense with equal parts emotional intelligence and level-headedness. The brand management function at our agency touches every step of the development process from strategy to finance to creative and production, as well as driving the client relationship forward. It is the ultimate responsibility of brand management to generate great, creative work that is delivered on time and on budget, all the while organizing and motivating the team. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in our Hollywood office.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of brand management experience at a full-service advertising agency
  • Experience managing multiple complex client relationships simultaneously
  • Proven track record of client relationship development and service
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams within an agency
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and strategic thinker
  • Can run integrated campaigns across all parts of the funnel/channels
  • Proficient in G-Suite
  • Ability to be both player and coach

Responsibilities

  • Act as a business partner across multiple clients by working to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and implement processes and programs to help achieve short and long term client goals
  • Interface and develop relationships with external C-Level partners, both existing and new
  • Collaborate with senior agency leadership to advance the business by partnering with key stakeholders including new business and production
  • Ensure client feedback and concerns are addressed and client expectations are met
  • Inspire the cross functional day to day team to make great work
  • Be the lead day-to-day point of contact for client and serve as liaison between client and internal agency teams
  • Oversee and craft SOWs for client review
  • Oversee and guide the Brand team including Brand Managers and Brand Directors but also be able to operate independently and run a project top to bottom solo
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop campaign design
  • Establish budget and track spending on projects
  • Attend client-related meetings, events, and production as needed
