The Corporate Marketing Campaign Lead plays a meaningful role crafting how Micron is seen and understood. This role owns high-impacted campaigns from strategy through performance, turning corporate and technology priorities into compelling content and measurable outcomes. You’ll lead with transparency, collaborate across regions and teams, and bring both creative and operational rigor to every campaign you run.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing or campaign leadership within B2B or technology environments
  • Proven track record to sophisticated, cross-functional campaigns in global, matrixed organizations
  • Strong experience turning narrative and strategy into executable campaigns and content
  • Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience using Adobe Workfront and Planning or similar marketing operations tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in enterprise technology, infrastructure, AI, cloud, data center, or edge computing
  • Familiarity with audience-based marketing models and content journey frameworks
  • Experience managing and advising agency partners
  • Strong analytical attitude with experience measuring performance and optimizing campaigns
  • Knowledge of industry trends in memory and storage markets

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance of coordinated global campaigns aligned to a defined pillar
  • Translate corporate narratives into clear objectives, strong messaging, and audience-led content across channels
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver consistent, high-quality campaign activation
  • Define KPIs, optimize campaigns using data and insights, and deliver post-campaign takeaways
  • Drive operational excellence through disciplined planning, risk management, and continuous improvement
