This part-time role offers the opportunity to assist members with a wide range of Credit Union services.

This position is ideal for someone who is positive, outgoing, and enjoys helping people.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• At least one year of credit union, banking, or customer-facing financial or administration experience
• Strong communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software
• Must be bondable

Responsibilities

• Manage lobby traffic and guide members as they arrive
• Explain Credit Union products and services
• Assist new and existing members with account services, loans, and teller transactions
• Resolve member concerns and reconcile accounts
• Educate members on how to manage their money effectively
• Identify opportunities to refer products and services that support financial well-being
• Build strong, positive relationships with members through excellent communication
