About The Position

This position will require travel to some or all of our existing branches until the official opening of the Commerce Branch in 2026. Our existing branches are located in Flint, Grand Blanc, Fenton, Davison, Lapeer, Swartz Creek, Clio, Orion Township, Clarkston, and Owosso. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (required)
At least one year of credit union, banking or administrative customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software
Must be bondable

Responsibilities

Managing lobby traffic and greeting members
Answering questions about Credit Union products and services
Assisting new and existing members with account services, loans, and teller transactions
Resolving member concerns and reconciling accounts
Educating members on managing their finances effectively
Identifying opportunities to refer products and services that support member financial well-being
Building strong, supportive member relationships
