This part-time role offers the opportunity to assist members with a wide range of Credit Union services. You will: Manage lobby traffic and guide members as they arrive Explain Credit Union products and services Assist new and existing members with account services, loans, and teller transactions Resolve member concerns and reconcile accounts Educate members on how to manage their money effectively Identify opportunities to refer products and services that support financial well-being Build strong, positive relationships with members through excellent communication This position is ideal for someone who is positive, outgoing, and enjoys helping people.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (required)
At least one year of credit union, banking, or customer-facing financial or administration experience
Strong communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software
Must be bondable

Responsibilities

Manage lobby traffic and guide members as they arrive
