About The Position

This position will require travel to some or all of our existing branches until the official opening of the Commerce Branch in 2026. Our existing branches are located in Flint, Grand Blanc, Fenton, Davison, Lapeer, Swartz Creek, Clio, Orion Township, Clarkston, and Owosso. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and brings a positive, outgoing approach to each interaction. Your responsibilities will include: Managing lobby traffic and greeting members Answering questions about Credit Union products and services Assisting new and existing members with account services, loans, and teller transactions Resolving member concerns and reconciling accounts Educating members on managing their finances effectively Identifying opportunities to refer products and services that support member financial well-being Building strong, supportive member relationships Because this role temporarily requires travel to multiple branch locations, flexibility, independence, and strong communication skills are essential. ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU NEED High School Diploma or GED (required) At least one year of credit union, banking or administrative customer service experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software Must be bondable ---------------------------------------- READY TO JOIN A MISSION-DRIVEN TEAM? Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • At least one year of credit union, banking or administrative customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software
  • Must be bondable
