Accountable for the growth, administration, operation and management of assigned branch, personnel and goals. Contributes to the Bank's growth strategies and goals through cross-functional collaboration, participation in sales management and direct business development initiatives. Essential Functions: Sales Strategy & Performance: Partnering with Retail Sales Manager to develop and execute sales plans to achieve branch sales targets and increase market share. Team Leadership: Managing, Motivating, training, and mentoring assigned branch team to improve performance. Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities and participating in key community activities to increase Bank's visibility, building strong customer relationships to drive revenue. Operational Management: Overseeing the daily operations of assigned branch, ensuring staff efficiency and adherence to assure team members are knowledgeable, competent, client-focused and sales oriented. Financial Oversight: Managing budgets and ensuring profitable growth across the assigned sales territory. Data Analysis: Monitoring market trends and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities and inform strategy. Marketing Collaboration: Working with management and marketing teams to execute on various promotional campaigns. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all branch activities comply with banking regulations and internal policies. Other duties as assigned
