This high-impact role focuses on driving business development and sales, particularly with small businesses, while growing deposits, originating loans, and expanding client relationships through cross-selling additional services. The Branch Manager is responsible to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to achieve growth goals, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensures compliance with regulatory and operational standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field.
5+ years in banking, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role; prior sales or client relations experience, preferred.
Proven success in small business development, deposit/loan growth, and cross-selling.
Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and operational procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), keyboarding, and digital banking tools.
Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Must have valid driver’s license and ability to be bonded.
