We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will provide evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention services to students with speech and language needs, ensuring access to appropriate educational supports through the IEP process. You will collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support student progress.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or closely related field from an accredited institution
  • Valid Wisconsin DPI Certification in Speech and Language Pathology (#820)
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must successfully pass all required background checks

Responsibilities

  • Determine student eligibility for speech and language services through assessments and evaluations
  • Develop, create, and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on student needs
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEPs Monitor and assess student progress toward communication goals
  • Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings with stakeholders Complete, prepare, and submit required documentation and reports by established deadlines
  • Attend meetings and professional development activities as required Maintain strong communication and collaboration with students, families, and staff
  • Fulfill mandated reporter responsibilities in accordance with laws and policies
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
