Middlefield Bank is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch and lead a team of dedicated professionals. Requirements

• Leadership Experience: A proven track record in management, with at least 5 years of management experience in retail financial services, including sales, mortgage lending, and team leadership.
• Sales Savvy: Strong business acumen with a knack for building relationships, influencing others, and driving sales results.
• Community Engagement: A genuine interest in getting involved in the community and making a meaningful impact.
• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in bank information systems and software.
• Educational Background: A high school diploma is required
• This role also requires an NMLS license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of branch staff through coaching, training, and performance feedback, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with the branch’s goals.
• Build and expand the branch’s business by actively engaging in the local community, participating in social events, and making business development calls to foster new relationships and opportunities.
• Cultivate positive relationships with both internal teams and external customers, ensuring that the bank remains a trusted partner in the community.
• Take charge of the branch’s growth by actively processing loan applications, making referrals, and pursuing leads to enable customers and prospects to achieve their financial aspirations.
