The Branch Manager will direct and supervise the staff and day-to-day operations at our Hedgesville Branch ensuring staff development, community engagement, risk management, delivery of quality customer service and achievement of sales and productivity goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to expand deposits, loans, and other financial services. Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to inform branch strategies. Analytical Thinker – Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail Ability to anticipate potential problems, troubleshoot challenging issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks Responsible for overall branch profitability and achievement of annual financial and operational goals.
